Demolition of brick/stone massonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 above but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained form demolition after cleaning).

Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in flooes, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc.(each layer) laid beded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) laid flat, in side of drain/ channel, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained form demolition after cleaning).

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) laid on edge in drain floor, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7 above but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained form demolition after cleaning).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, coping, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel/ drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floor or hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx 20mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolled mild steel angle iron posts and struts in water channel including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in top surface of drain, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate bays, joints between panels & wall shall be filled with mastic filling of sand & bitumen 85/25 grade using 3 part of dry sand and one part of bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in precast cover slab etc., set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring including cutting, grinding and polishing by machine, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
