Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole as per IS 2713 (Part 1 to 3) - 1980, type 410 SP-31 (09 mtr long ) complete with cast iron base plate final taper plug, pole cap, bolts/nuts, screws/washes, painting with two coats of black bituminous paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth and two coasts of black and white alternate strips 30 cm each upto 1.2 mtr from the ground level. The remaining external position shall be painted with two coat of aluminium paint including numbering to pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earth work, PCC work, shall be measured and paid separately.)

Material & labour for heavy duty armoured LT under ground cable of size 10 Sqmm, 4 core 1100 V grade PVC insulated ,PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium cable of following size in pipe /trench /cable duct /fixed on wall by proper size shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc including lugs for both ends and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for filling and making good of disturbed surfaces of road/hard standing etc complete all as specified and as directed

Boring under roads with mechanical arrangement without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the cable including 40 mm GI pipe (light grade), across the road complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- 40 mm GI pipe (light grade), shall be measured and paid separately.)

Material & labour for security light bracket made out of GI pipe of light grade 1.5 RMx40mm dia and 0.3RM x32 mm dia at one end for inserting of light fitting, properly shaped, bended, & fixed on the pole through MS flat by nut,bolt & washer of suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing loop in- loop out fuse junction box of internal dimention 250 x 200 x 100mm made of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and including 6 Amp MCB - 01 No, 50 Amp rated 4 way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/outgoing , mounted in the box, fixing on street pole/rail poles including necessary aluminium clamps, suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolt all as specified and directed. Make - Sintex, Model -GSJB-2520 or equivalent make of Hansel as approved by AGE (I).

S & F bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour mild steel angles including welding works to fabricate supporting coloumns (one metre above ground level) of street light panel and necessary MS bolts, nuts & washers duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome prime complete. all as specified and directed (Note:- Earth work, PCC work, shall be measured and paid separately.)

Material & labour for outdoor type street light panel of vermin proof and weather proof of 3 phase Digital 24 Hr. timer of contactor rating 32 A/TP, 230 V including fixing with necessary clamps,nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells CATNo 1HXTS03060 or equivalent make of L & T/ LEGRAND as approved by AGE (I).

Supply and fixing, round type 3 core(phase,nutral & earth) copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm FRLS 1100 volt grade connection from junction box to street light fitting and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour in replacement of tubes of size 40 mm bore light grade galvanized with all fittings laid intrenches/ wall/ pole through MS flat (25X3 mm), nut, bolt & washers [ as reqd ] of proper sizes complete for protection cables complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trench n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out of soft/loose soil/brick all as specified

All as per item No.13 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and n.exc 3.0 mtr depth

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing/ spreading where directed at level of n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning filling in spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick above the ground level complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand cushioning for cable protection with dry river sand and punning to provide required cushioning for UG cable all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) for coping of poles upto 30cm above ground including necessary form work, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement icomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 with 40mm graded stone aggregated for foundation of electric pole, bus bar and panel board etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Materials & labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 40 mm dia GI pipe(light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth lead connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-1 and testing on complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
