Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement bird proof nylon net fixing with 4mm dia GI wire 600mm X 600mm mesh made up into matteresses ,cages and lapped wire and laid in position with suitable arrangement etc complete in side of hangers and as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The pattern and size of nylon rope/net will be approved by GE.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for avg 50mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) PCC padding to be provided to maintain slope of roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screeding 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and fair as in roof shall be complete all as specified and directed.. Note : water proofing compound will measured and paid separately under respective item

Supply only intergal waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethene modified acrylic roofing system ,co elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethene and fully fibre reinforced , having Sun Reflectivity index (SR) of 106 on top of concrete roof surfaces. All cracks upto 3 mm at corner joints, channel and parapets should be treated with crack seal . Applying three coats including one coat of primer of STP Ltd's, Shali Urethne BTD/Sika's Sikalastic 560/Asian Paint's smart care damp proof ultra having coverage @ min 0.75kg/m2 and dilution upto 10% and laying reinforced fibre net and applying two coats of STP Ltd's, Shali Urethne BTD/Sika's Sikalastic 560/Asian Paint's smart care damp proof ultra @ total consupmtion 2 kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx 350%. The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/as per manufacture's instructions. Note : (i) 6 Hrs interval between two coat will be mantain. (ii) . All auxilary and accessories involved during applacation should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. (iii) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (iv) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates providing ,cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE: (i) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as agurantee ( on account of any defect raised/noticed during a period of ten years) and shall be released after 10 years of completion work. however contactor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE.if contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period ,the defect shall be got rectified at contractor risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserve or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as gurantee. The contractor quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B-0, (1:2:4),( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates), laid in plinth level even and smooth concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering/desludging of drains, septic tanks, soakage wells etc using Sewage waste collection Truck/Vehicle including cleaning of all sludge, silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature by mechanical scrappers etc/mechanical means only and disposal off the same out side the defence area without causing any nuisence to Air Force community/civil public and in confirmity with the regulations of local authorities, with out any extra cost to Govt, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. For measurement of cubic content of sludge please refer PS Clause No 24.1. 2. Work shall be carried out in foul conditions. After dewatering, sewage systems shall be allowed to dry . 3. Sewage/ sullage shall be removed in closed container mounted on vehicle. 4. Work shall be carried out as and when required. 5. Work will done only when one supervisor is present at site who will be responsible for ensuring safety of the labours engaged. 6. All safety device/measures to the workmen shall be provided by the contractor before execution of work.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and fair surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finished in cement mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
