Designing and preparing good for construction, Civil mechanical and electrical shop drawings of conventional packaged based ETP (Effluent Treatment plant) as per design and specification consisting of treatment units complete for meeting upto date/ target parameters of treated effluent conforming to Jharkhand state pollution control board (MPPCB), MOEF GOI guidelines , national green tribunal guidelines 30.04.2019 and technical specifications code of practice as published by Bureaue of indian standard(BIS) and latest version of "Manual on sewarage and sewage treatment" published by the central public Health and Environmental Engineering organization (CPHEEO). the work shall include supplying, installing testing and commissioning of electrical mechanical equipments, instruments, pieps valves, pumps and gague etc. as per approved technical specifications , layout and drawing of STP/ ETP. Most of the lectro mechnaical units will be placed below ground under road /green area / as per site condition, space available, equipment and pumps will be above the ground level and civil works RCC M 25 according to the approved sho drawings and directions of Engineer in charge. Rates are inclusive of cost of operation and maintennace (O&M) for 5 years (one year will included in this and for other 4 years it will paid separately) after completion of works which include periodical/ monthly checking quality of treated sewage, checking of safety arrangements and rputine maintenance of plants such as oiling, greasing, cleaning, operating, providing consumable replacement of components within guarantee period, disposal of dried sludgeand also ensuring safety against theft . the Etp shall comprise of the units of required size as per detail process and Hydraulic Design. a.) Treated water effluent testing shall be got done by the vendor from pollution control board (PCB) approved laboratory only covering parameters such as BOD, COD, TSS, PH, O&G, TKN, TP and EColi etc. b.) Main power supply with earthing upto main control panel of STP/ETP shall be provided by the owner/ department. The electrical panel which will be supplied by the vendor will also include all the required NO/NC contacts and provision of BMS connectivity. c) detailed specification of component shall be as per manufacturer stipulation and preamble both. d) Tanks shall be made of MSFRP(Mild steel fiber reinforced polymer/plastic) / HDPE(High density polyethelene)/ FRP(Fiber reinforeced plastic) anti corrosive in pacakged unit. ETP package technology consisting of a) primary treatment unit which includes Manual bar screen, Oil and grease tank with mechanically operated O&G Skimming tank b) secondary treatment Raw Sewage/Effluent Treatment transfer Pump (01 set) , air blower(01 set), flash mixing tank with Motor, Alum/ poly/lime dosing system with reaction tank, Anoxic tank with agitator, Lamella Clarifier/ tube settler tank with media , Diffuser system, clear water tank with chlorine dosing system and pump (01 set), slump pump one set, plant/ interconnecting piping and valves, Manual / PLC based electrivcal control panel, incoming outgoing feeder, cable laying with cable tray, earthing systems, pressure gauges, level switches,online rota meter, air rota meter, flow meter , filter feed pump (01 set), multi grade sand filter, activated carbon filter, sludge handling system, sludge recycling pump(01 set) , sludge holding tank, sludge feed screw pump (01 set) , filter press system.All Secondary treatment units will be as per design . capacity 10 KLD

Operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant and effluent treatment plant after successful comissioning as per item no. 30.1.7 for a period of 4 years , including cost of providing swift operators, periodically/ monthly checking of the treated water quality and safety arrangements of plants , oiling greasing, routine maintennace, necessary etc .

Providing and fixing rectangular high density polyethylene water storage loft tank with cover, conforming to ISI : 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes. The base support i/c fittings & fixtures for tank shall be paid separately (Collection tank for 0.5 liter chemical liquid waste).

Providing and fixing rectangular high density polyethylene water storage loft tank with cover, conforming to ISI : 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes. The base support i/c fittings & fixtures for tank shall be paid separately (Flash Mixing tank for neautralization)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in below plinth level up to floor five level in : cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in shelves, including setting in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing with neat cement punning on exposed surfaces but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) drived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
