OD191762/2022-2023:Seperate the motor in to stator and rotor , remove the whole burnt stator coil by cutting, pulling and cleaning the slots.Insulating the slots by using nomex paper, rewinding the complete stator slots by using same gauge new copper super enameled winding wire and taping coils.Providing new lead wires, sockets etc.Varnishing the coil using best quality insulation varnish and baking the coils, reassembling and test run the motor.(Less the cost of scarp copper wire)
