EXCAVATION : Excavation over areas in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out, spreading/levelled, complete all as specified and directed.

SITE CLEARANCE : Site clearance in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

SOLING : Soling (or sub base) of spread thickness 200 mm with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber

MOORUM : Moorum 100 mm thick, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required

ROLLING FORMATION : Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 5 tonne and n.exc. 8 tonne

KERB STONES : Stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 15cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush

DEMOLITION OF RCC : Demolition of Reinforced Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level

STONE MASONRY : Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6.

FLUSH POINTING : Flush pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in 1:4 cement mortar

STONE SETT JUNCTION : Stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush.

EDGE STONES : Edge stones to flooring with stone setts of size 250 to 300mm long x l50 to 200mm wide, and 450mm deep and ditto

PCC FLOORING : PCC 1:4:8 in floors/ paving of type D-2, 1:4:8 with 40mm graded aggregate, 50 mm thick . Concreting should be done in panels as directed. Complete all as specified and directed.

RCC : Reinforced ready mix cement concrete of grade M30 in Beams, cantilevers, lintels, columns pillars, piers, posts, struts, chullah hoods, stair case, arches, domes, vaults, shell roofs, arch ribs, folded plates, slabs, balconies, canopies, deck slabs etc.

CHAIN-LINK FENCING: Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

CHAIN-LINK FENCING: Supply only of Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type

STRUCTURAL STEEL: Rolled mild steel of grade Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) qualityA in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

STRUCTURAL STEEL : Rolled mild steel of grade Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) qualityA in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

REINFORCEMENT : Mild steel(TMT) bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips .
