Providing laying spreading and compacting crushed stone aggregates of specific 63 to 45mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading -2 (75mm ) as per Technical Specification Clause 405(i)..(By Mechanically means) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 -1.00 (Zero point seven zero to one point zero)Kilogramme per Square metre using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications Clause 502. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. (Zero point two five to Zero point three zero)Kilogram per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydrauic broom as per Technical Specification Clause-503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing , laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimetre)compacted thickness composed of crushed stone aggregate 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre ) @ 0.27 cubic metres (Zero point two seven ) per 10 square metre (Ten Square metre) mixed with pentration grade paving bitumen V.G-30 (Viscosity grade-Thirty ) at the rate of 14.6 kg.(Fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty - hundred ) capacity static road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B by machanical means as per MORD technical specification 2014. clause 508 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C and as per Technical Specifications,2014 Clause 510 using Bitumen (S-90 ) by Mechanical means including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
