S&F cupboard shutters of required sizes at site made out of 18mm thick WPC laminated board with decorative teak face density not less than 650 Kg/cum all the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge beading tape or 90 degree edge bend finish as per make and specification & the panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws including piano hinges, magnetic catcher and 100mm size s/s handles where required complete all as specified.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming Fe 290 Gde-165.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on newly untreated surfaces of steel over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted including removing existing nails, if any, any No and filling the disturbed surface/holes making smooth surface as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of ceiling and applying two coat of applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel plate rack 0.56mm thick of standard pattern of size 750x600x250 mm complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for light coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick area of each tiles not less than 0.36 sqm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1;6 as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item no. 16 above but on vertical surfaces such as dados skirting and risers to step set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removing from site to store complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade made in rubber mould/rubberised type with grey cement and pigment.
