Providing Independent Engineer services as specified under Scope of Services in NIT; and performing all other duties assigned by AAI from time to time for the compliance of relevant provisions of the Concession Agreement. The indicative services of Independent Engineer include (but not limits) monitoring of construction works during development period, monitoring of O&M and Service Quality Requirements during Concession period; inspection & submission of Monthly & Quarterly Reports for Operations, Management and Development of Guwahati International Airport for the period of 36 months. Note: (i) Amount is in INR. (ii) Rate quoted by the bidder is exclisive of applicable GST.
