Material and labour PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed , purlins, crane gantries, rails etc (beam , tee , angle, channel or flat sections) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L, two coats of synthetic enamel paint to untreated surfaces of steel over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs & GI grid, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified & directed.

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles with semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm of approved texture , design and patterns having moisture content less than 2% , humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225;1987 , Noncombustible as per BS 476 (part4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per Sqm including both sides) comprising of main T-runners of size15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per Sqm) i.e 50 mm long , 8mm outer dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of 24x24x0.40 mm length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. the work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per complete all as specified & directed.

S&F GI frame work 605 X 605mm grid for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleats and steel expansion fastener with and including ceiling section (not exc. 1.2m length) of 0.5mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm flange of 26 mm each with lips of 1050 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 7- 8mm fixed or laid/ inserted to GI framework with screws in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 18 herein before but except bricks complete all as specified & directed.

M &L Providing, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 is to finsihed the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified & directed.

M&L two coats of cement base paint including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified & directed.
