Storage racks

Supply and fabrication of galvanized iron (GI) racks for municipal record room storage comprising 5 nos racks (each 2200 mm H x 1000 mm W x 450 mm D equivalent to one meter linear): Constructed from hot-dip galvanized mild steel using 1.20 mm thick CR-1 grade sheets for 5 nos shelves per rack 0.45m depth and 1.00 mm thick closed back panel per rack 2400 mm H x 450 mm D rigidly fixed with 4 nos 75x75 mm gussets), 50x50x5 mm thick GI angle uprights, GI cross braces, and M6x20 mm hot-dip galvanized bolts/nuts per rack (tensile 400 MPa min); shelves with 150 mm floor clearance and 100 kg UDL capacity per shelf (500 kg total per rack), uniform passivation post-galvanizing with deburred rounded edges, assembled plumb (±2 mm/1000 mm) and rigidly braced, including all cutting, bending, bolting, transportation, and installation with expansion anchors where required for the complete set of 5 nos racks measured per linear meter including one closed back per rack, as per IS 1883:1983 standards.
