Job order for consultancy work, Soil testing and plate load test including Moblisation and demoblization of men and eqpt : Consultancy work : (a) Architecture Services : Preparation of complete conceptual plans, architectural drawings based on authorised plinth area, zonal specification , scales of accn-2009 and subsequent amendment and instruction issued by Min of Defence including all details and specifications (Plan , Elevation, Sections, Schedule of finshes as well as other working drawings) The drawings will cover detailed working drawings to minutest details with reference to technical, architectural and functioned requirements in soft and hard copy ( one set tracing and five set on white paper) (b) Internal Services :- After finalization of conceptual architectural drawing . The preparation of inetrnal water supply and internal electric supply drawings by incorporting all changes as suggested by CWE (c ) Structure Services :- Strutural design for all building duly incorporated with all the input parameters as per BPs , AEs etc and consider requisite load details and analysis results. Structural drawings incorporating the geometry in accordance with arch drawings and secton details whichever necessary. Final submission of all the approved structural drawings duly supported by relevant design data (STAAD file ) vetted by approved Engineering College in all size in hard and soft copy( one set tracing and five set on white paper) of building & service. proof checking & vetting :- Vetting by IIT/NIT/Govt Engg Colege and submission of all structural drawing as per latest Indian standard codes and practice of one set of tracing. (d) Details Estimate and Market analysis:- (i) Draft schedule "A' for bldg incl internal services , detailed estimate of lum sum portion viz. bldgs etc is to be submitted alongwith yardsticks duly priced on SSR or Market rates (ii) Detailed estimate of Bldg (ii) BOQ of all items required including bldg and internal services (iv) Market analysis for bldg estimate and internal servises including suppoting quotation/price list of standard works Soil Testing : 1. Provn of bore hole any type of soil depth as indicated below including collection of disturbed and undisturbed samples from GL and including conducting following lab tests. (a) Identification and classification of soil based on in edx properties and grain size. (b) Evaluation of shear parameters of undisturbed soil samples by adopting direct shear triaxial shear and unconfined compresseion test. ( c) Studies of settlement characteristic of soils based on consolidation test and graphical representation of log F' and minimum time with all calculation. (d) Strafication of soil for entire depth of bore hole log including ground water table locations. (e) Evaluation of safe bearing capacity with respect to shear failure till and permissible settlement(Total and differential) along with recommendations about type of foundation and subnmission of report in 5 copies. (f) Nos of bore hole tested at places as directed by AGE/GE as follows :- (i) 1Nos - 10 mtr depth each Nos Note :- Soil investigation report/consultancy data will be supplied to GE(A) Ahmedabad as specified above. 2. Conducting plate load test: Conducting plate load test for Estimation of bearing capacity of soil and its settlement with the help of reaction loading plate from including all apparatus and bearing plate required for testing in Quadruplicate conducting all observation graph chart. (a) size of pit 1.2mtr x 1.20mtr (b) 01 Nos of plate load test 3. Mobilization and demobilization of men and eqpt at site for expleration and plate load test - 01 Nos
