The Agency/Contractor should have executed a Sub Contractor agreement with the Agency who is expert in High-end DSLR cameras for professional- grade photography and 4K drone cameras for aerial documentation, ensuring high-resolution visual outputs suitable for official reports, presentations, archival records, documentaries, and digital communication platforms and print media how have Executed the similar nature of work in department of archaeology/any government departments. In support of a) The Prime agency should attach subcontracting agreement with agency who have fulfilled above criteria.b) The subcontracting agency should enclose the work done certificate for the proof of executing work of a similar nature to the above criteria.

The Agency/Contractor should have been involved in the Civil work/Organizing events and other Programmes. In support of this, the Consultant shall furnish Workdone/Proof Certificates along with the Technical Proposal

Firm/Individual/Company Registration by Karnataka states Public Works Department/Any state Archaeology Department/Registered contractors in the Indian Archaeological Survey.

An Applicant which has earlier been blacklisted or debarred by the Government of India, Government of Karnataka, any other Governments, any PSU of Central Government or State Government or any other Public Sector or Multilateral Agency or multi-lateral banks like World bank, ADB etc., shall not be eligible to submit an Application.

The Firm/Individual/company submitting the tender must submit a certificate confirming the GST registration.

Achieved at least in two Financial Years a minimum Financial Turnover of Rs. 20.00 lakhs during last 5 financial years.. Further, the Financial Turnover of the Previous Years shall be given a Weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the Price Level of 2025-26. In support of this, the Agency/Contractor should provide Turnover certificate from the year 2021-22 to 2025-26. with UDIN number and Balance sheet should be upload.

The organization must submit a declaration regarding its income tax registration.
