Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of earth work such as spade work, pick work, jumper work saturated/unsaturated soil blasting ,work and chiseling/wedging out of rocks where blasting work prohibited up to all depth and lifts including pumping and bailing out water where ever required stacking the excavated earth not more than 3mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into the plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5;10 (1cement :5sand :10graded stone aggregate 40mm.nominal size) with 15 % plum andcuring complete excluding cost ofform work in retaining walls/Breast walls, the size of plumsshall usually be 150mm. to 300mm.as per H.P.P.W.D. Specification.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½ :3 ( 1cement: 1 ½ sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Foundation and plinth.

Walls(any thickness but ot less than 0.1 mtr thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Suspended floors, roofs,landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level.( Roof any shape and size).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in:

Foundations and plinth

Providing form work form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plaiin concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs landings and the like: floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches of galvanised mild steel Tubes (Light Grade) screwed & socketed of following dia meter, including carriage of pipe and cost of fittings such as tee, elbow, union and nipple etc. of ISI marked and testing for leakage complete with in all leads and as per the direction of Engineer in charge (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for seperately)

Providing and fixing GM gate valve 50 mm dia complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts.

Providing & fixing 25 mm sewer jetting hose pipe 2500psi including all accessories with in all leads & lifts.

Providing & placing of fine sand dully graded screened washed and cleaned specified below as per direction of Engineer -in - charge

Providing and fixing Zinc Aluminium Steel Drinking Water Storage tank rising conical proof with HDG roof trusses and Lockable Access hatch including all fittings including 1 No. higher heavy duty cage Ladder GI 1 No Nylon rope and aluminium step access ladder hatch on roof outlet and over flow nozzles level indicator of material of provide by STAC and warranty of 10 Years including fixing of three laps under the roof 65mm Dia inlet over flow and scour pipe and 80mm dia and outlet welding all accessories with sluice valve in each point including all leads and lift with entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.
