Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams,columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges,making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead upto 1km and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.75mm average thickness in waterlogged areas.The rate is inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (if needed) loading/ unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

PU System Injection Grouting Mechanism. Providing and applying pressure grouting in the place of the high porosity in the concrete with polyurethane resin under a pressure up to 1050psi as per the following specifications.Cleaning of all surface & stain around the leakage area. b( determining the leak pattern and establish leakage source.Drilling injection ports at specified depth.Once negative interception is conformed . injection packers to be installed , which prevent back flush of pu grout and capable of holding pressure up to 7N/mm2. Pumping PU Grout Approximately 200ml to 1 kg.According to the site condition to fill the sides of the outlet pipes to arrest the leakage around it .The rate is inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (if needed) loading/ unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Laying micro concrete flooring with mix ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 sand and 4 broken stones) with 6mm broken stones for an average thickness of 60mm after cleaning the surface with wire brush and washing the floor neatly with water, laying the concrete in thin layer and compacting to correct slopes and even levels and plastering the top surface with cement mortar 1:3, 9mm thick one coat floated hard and trowlled smooth to a neat smooth surface with slope for water runoff watering for curing etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc complete for all floors as per the direction of engineer in charge.The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from work site etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in lift pit portion ,WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg /sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry..The rate is inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (if needed) loading/ unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:6 (1 cement:6 fine sand)/repairs to plaster if any cracks found including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 1km lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand) .The rate inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, Scaffolding (If needed) loading/unloading at the work space and removal of debris from work site etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Bailing out water Using 5HP Pump- Bailing out water with 5HP engine and pump set including conveyance to site and erection,cost of fuel, lubrication oil and other stores, pay of staff etc complete..The rate is inclusive of all material charge, labour, transportation, scaffolding (if needed) loading/ unloading at the work space etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
