Taking up existing manhole covers and cleaning of soak well / septic tank of any size and any capacity, by dewatering and removing sludge in liquid mud state after emptying the sewage / waste water and removing the sludge to a distance exc. 250 m and n.exc. 500m and disposed off as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge , and placing the cover in position, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Measurement shall be made for actual quantity of sludge, removed from the tank in liquid mud state.

M&L for servicing of Sewage treatment plant (STP) based on moving bed bioreactor (MBBR) Aerobic attached growth technology including servicing, checking and greacing/lubrication of 02 No Feed pump of Capacity up to 3HP, checking of one NO equalisation tank, greacing and testing of one Bar screen, oil & grease trap, Cleaning, checking of two moving bed bio reactor with media by visual checking of growth of Bio-Film and re-seeding of required quantity of MBBR media for propagate biofilm (bacteria colonies) and submit the report of effectiveness of the sewage tratment plant (STP). Servicing, checking and greacing/lubrication of 02 Nos Filter feed pump and moter set of capacity 7.5HP, opening of 01 No dual media filter and 01 No activated carbon media filter and checking the condition of existing media, cleaning and removing all sediment particles of sludge, mud, sand, vegetation and refix the all euipments at original position complete including testing and submit the test report of filtered water as per sewage charactristic for the treated water as followed:- (i) BOD (PPM) Treated waste water < 30 (ii) COD (PPM) Treated waste water < 250 (iii) TSS (PPM) Treated waste water < 30 (iv) Oil & Grease Treated waste water <1000 (v) PH Value Treated waste water ~6.6-8.5 (v) Total coliform Treated waste water <100MPN/100ml Note A : 1. The plant shall be visited twice as directed during contract period by auth service technician/Engineer of Fontus water pvt ltd or equivalent STP manufacturing or authorised service patner company approved by GE and will check all parameter /defects and growth of biofilm on the MBBR media and submit report to Engineer in charge. All necessary repair / servicing will be done by

auth service engineer. Cost visiting charges of engineer are deemed to be include in unit rate. 2. All spares/material reuired will be paid and measured separately against relevent items of schedule hereunder. Note B: The unit rate includes the following works (i) Checking of condition of MBBR media, dual media and activated carbon media. Changing of media shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Carry out preventive maintenance as per the company recommandation and standard practice in every visit. Lubricating the bearing and motors & Air blower/compressor. (iii) Checking the growth of biofilm observed on the MBBR media, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) Removal efficiancy, range of F/M Ratio, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) Ratio and ensuring healthy condition of the plant. (iv) Taking set of reading and evaluating to ensure satisfactory performance of the plant. (v) Checking of functioning of air blower in every visit and set the pressure required to propagete of the bacteria colonies. (vi) Checking the pump moter set of existing size and repair the leakage and greacing/lubrication of moving part. (Vii) Servicing/repairs works will be carried out within 05 days after intimation to contractor on telephone followed in writing. Any delay beyound 05 day shall be penalised through panel recovery @ Rs 1000 per day till rectification/repair starts.

Supply and filling moving bed Biological MBBR biofilm filter media having approx size 25X12mm, cylindrical with external fins, white/black coloured for the treatment of sewage plant of capacity 700KLD including removal of existing MBBR filter media of any size and shape by dewatering the tank and removing all sedimented particles of sludge, mud, sand, vegetation etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for top up activated carbon media consist of single layer of activated carbon supported by gravels and pabbles at bottom, coconut shell carbon and coal based carbon used, adsorption capacity up to 90% chlorine, colour and odour removal 85 to 90%, top up up to 40 cm and maintain media density 500-700 kg/m3 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for top up dual media consist of silica sand (16-32 mm mesh) and anthracite( 0.6-1.2mm) provide more area & efficient filteration, supported by gravels and pebbles at bottom, topup silica sand up to 10 Cm thickness and top up anthracite up to 10 cm thickness to maintain the filteration level up to 40 microns complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Equilization tank and air grid, removing all sludge and de-scaling vegitation on the inside and outside of tank and white washing (Two coat) including cleaning the surrounding area of the tank to a distance of 3 meter circumstance including cutting of grass, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling around and removing waste material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs complete alll as specified and directed .

Notes:- (i) Spare parts for pumps shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Transportation charges of pump sets from MES installations to contractors work shop and back is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Pump sets issued for repairs / re-winding shall be returned back / re-installed at site within seven days from the date of receipt by the contractor. Any delay boyond 7 days shall be compensated through penal recovery @ Rs. 200 per day per pump set. Any delay boyond 1 days shall be compensated through penal recovery @ Rs. 500 per day per installation

Supply and fixing in replacement of 500 ltr capacity of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 2 layered construction ISI marked of make as specified cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixing in position including 20mm GI pipe medieum grade wash out pipe 450 mm long with and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 600mm long with fitting including dismantling of existing water tanks of any type and capacity complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of cast iron sluice valve of 150 mm bore class PN-1.6 ISI marked (as per IS 14846 of 2000) heavy duty with flanged ends with gun metal spindle and gun metal check nut, iron hand wheel and fixing with providing suitable nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket for packing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any damage if occurs while replacing the sluice valve to pipe lines, over head reservoir will be responsibilty of contractor and will be repaired by contractor at his own cost. Nothing extra will be admissible on this account.

S&F in replacement cast iron non return valves 200mm bore swing/reflex type both end flanged PN 1.6 as per IS 5312 including necessary items such as nut, bolts, washers, rubber packing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) any description and laid in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing in replacement complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate. Earth plate shall be surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to galvanised earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to machinery eqipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade 32 mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009. Note : 1. RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 KG/sqmm in lieu of CI cover. 2. Charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth shall be filled in layers of 15 centimeters all around the earth plate. 3. On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to obtain the desired earth values.

Supply only stable bleaching powder Grade-I conforming to IS-1065/1989 (Iind Revision) as amended upto date having available chlorine contents min 34% by mass and packed in 25 Kg polythene bag having double fold complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per following specifications:- Bleaching powder (Calcium hypo chlorine formula : ca(OCl)₂, Molecular weight : 142.96, Physical appearance : White fine powder, Chlorine content : 30±1%, Moisture : 0.5% Max, On Heating at 10±2°C, its does not loose more than 1/15 of available Chlorine, Passing through 1.7 mm sieve : 99%.

Supply only Alum Ferric Sulphate (Grade-4) (best quality as per sample) for purification of water (containing lead (as PB) 30 ppm Max and arsenic 6 ppm Max) conforming to IS-299/2012 (Revised) as amended upto date complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The Alumino Ferric Sulphate shall be supplied in superior quality bricks (slabs) as per IS specifications. Manufacturer name/trade mark shall be engraved on each brick (slab) in addition to marking of relevant clause of IS specifications.

M&L for repair of outdoor type cubical control panel board compartmentalized suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts, 50 HZ, AC supply system as per latest IS/IEC standards & regulations, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable single leaf doors with two point locking arrangements i.e. locking system with pad-locking facility. The contractor shall replace the faulty switch gear and do the re-wiring of unserviceable one to make the MCC functional. All the indication lamps need to be checked for proper function and the faulty parts needs to be removed with suitable spares. Note : Testing of the treated water shall be carried out at a frequency of two months as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
