Repair Work

Dismantaling of brick work /tile masonary or tile lining. (i) Dismantaling of dry brick work

Dismantling of existing road crust containing stone pitching or soiling. (50 mm to 150 mm thick).

Making 50 mm x 50 mm furrows Making 50 mm x 50 mm furrows 45 degree to the centre line of road and at one metre interval in the existing bituminous wearing coarse including sweeping and disposal of excavated material within 1000 meters lead complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications (Full surface area will be measured for payment.)

Compaction of earth work & Preparation of sub grade including loosening, leveling of earth 225mm thick top layer, rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level, camber, watering, rolling with road roller, compacting the bed to achieve minimum dry density as given in the Table 300-2 as per Technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications. (In case of link roads earth work to be done by villagers)

Relaying of recovered material obtained from dismantling of road crust as construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded matereal grading-II spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density, complete as per technical clause 401 of MORT&H specifications.

Brick on End Edging Providing and laying of brick on end edging 6.83 cm wide, 11.11cm long and 22.86 high half brick deep including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth up to 50 mtr complete as per Punjab PWD specifications.

Granular Sub-Base Construction of granular sub-base by providing material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD technical specifications

Water Bound Macadam Grading I Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading I to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8- 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming Water Bound Macadam Grading I , watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications. (without screening)

Water Bound Macadam Grading II Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading II to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8- 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying an brooming Water Bound Macadam Grading II, watering and compacting to the required density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications. (without screening)
