Providing of Independent Earthing as per IS 3043 of 1987 with Copper Plate of 600 mm X 600 mm X 3.15 mm thick of Electrolytic grade burried the top of the plate below 2 M from ground level after excavating an Earth pit of 1.5 x 0.9 x 2.55 m (Top 1.50m X 0.90m X 0.90m) and Bottom (1.20mX 0.90m X1.65 m) rigidly fixed to 40 mm dia GI pipe of 2 m long with 3 Nos. of 25 mm X 6 mm Clamps with suitable bolts, & nuts. 2 Nos. of 25 mm X 6 mm Copper Flats of 2 M long are to be fixed with brass bolts & nuts and brazed at bottom side to the copper plate on either side of the GI pipe. A concrete bed of size 0.8 M X 0.8 M X 0.10 M thick and an inspection chamber having inside measurements of 0.4m X0.4 m X 0.4 m with wall thickness of 100 mm with cement concrete CC (1:2.5:5) using 20 mm HBG Metal is to be constructed with side wall 100 mm above ground level and plastering the exposed walls neatly with CM (1:3) with 12 mm thick. The Top of the inspection chamber is to be provided with reinforced precasted RCC slab with 40 mm thick with lifiting hook. The top of the 40 mm dia GI pipe is welded with reducer and 0.3 M, 20 mm dia GI pipe. the top of the 20 mm GI pipe is to be fixed with funned & wiremesh. The top of the 25 X 6 mm copper flats are to be fixed with brass bolts, nuts, washers & brazed with 0.2 M of 50 X 6 mm copper flat across and the same is to be fixed with suitable GI strip to the 40 mm GI pipe. The Entire set is to be placed in the Earth pit, the mixture of 40 Kgs of Hardcoke / charcoal, 20 Kgs of salt, & sand is spread around the copper plate and around to the 40 mm GI pipe and the remaining is to be back filled. consilidation / settlement of filled eath pit is to be done by filling water. After giving earth connections to the 50 X 6 mm copper flat with brass bolts, nuts & washers. A pre- casted RCC slab cover with 50 mm thick with lifting hook is to be provided on top of the Earth pit. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete. (Note: Necessary meggaring testing is to be done in the presence of the concerned Engineers, and the reading should be as per IE standards)

Flat for Extending earth connections. 65mm dia PVC Pipe is to be embedded at the pit entry for earth. After laying earth from earth conductor bus to Electrode trough PVC Pipe, the surface should be covered with bitumen and grease. The cost of GI/Copper flat to be run from CI Pipe electrode to the equipment is to be made separately on running meter basis. The work shall be executed strictly as per IS 3043 - 1987. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete (Note: - Necessary meggaring testing is to be carried out in the presence of concerned Engineers and measurement of resistance shall be as per ISI standards)

(d) The top 0.25 m of Earth pipe shall be exposed into inspection chamber of Hume pipe. The all-around inspection chamber shall be provided with 18" dia hume pipe. Earth connections shall be given to the Earth Electrodes with bolts, nuts & washers.
(e) A 65 mm dia PVC conduit is to be embeded through hume pipe at one side, to lay the Earth from the Earth bus to the Electrode through the PVC conduit and after laying the Earth, the pit entry PVC conduit is to be sealed with Bitumen compound.
(f) Necessary Meggar testing is to be done in the presence of the concerned Engineers, and the reading should be as per IE standards.
Supply and run of 25mm X 6mm Copper Strip for earth electrode to required places by Surface in walls, flooring including cost of all accessories and giving necessary connection with 3/8"x2" Brass Bolts, Nuts and Washers wherever joints has to be done. c) Supply and fixing of 240/220 V, LED (22.5 mm dia ) Pilot lamp with integral circuit, terminal block, including connection etc. as required- 6 No's.
d) An earthing terminal should be providing to the box.
