Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding/ terrazo dado etc (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles 200 x 300 x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat to receive wall tiles / skirting / dados complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles light colour 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per item no. 4.00 but as in skirting complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick including 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed bed or bedding layer of mortar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over rendering 10mm thick in cement and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Mirror polishing on old marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in rep bib tap 15 mm dia fancy type CP (ISI Marked) with crutch or butter fly handle screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa pattern" size 580X 440 mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of lime concrete bedding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar incl quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces, and applying 2 coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of alkali resistent primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing Old plastered surfaces, and applying 2 coats of Oil Bound Distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick walling in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. Note:- 1. The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I) (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor
