Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of servicible materials to be used for auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 mtr. Including revoval & disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Premeasurement to be recorded prior to execution)

Earth work in all kinds of soil from approved borrow areas except sand, sandy and slushy soil by cutting & transportation of excavated earth by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including breaking clods maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth over the properly prepared surface including uprooting stumps with cost of hire and running charges of transport vehicle, T&P, royality and all other incidental charges etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
