Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, lamp holders brackets, bulk head fittings etc removing material for taking credit ( credit shall be recovered as per credit Sch attached) and also making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor (Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheating FRLS electric cable 1100 volts cable in and including PVC casing and caping of suitable size (as per conductor run) with all fittings such as bend/corners/ accessories and including PVC insulated electric cable 1100 volts 1.5 Sqmm ( multi-stranded) copper conductor single core( Green colour) cable as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly in existing CI/wooden/pvc box covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet for one light point/ fan/exhaust fan point/ bell point etc controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Eye/bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches/sockets & MCB's in DB's without any extra cost

All as per item No 2 above, but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 2 here-in-before , but for one socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor ( Multi-stranded) PVC insulated and unsheating electric cable 1100 volts (ISI Marked) including PVC insulated and unsheathed electric cable 1100 volts 2.5 Sqmm copper stranded conductor as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sheet metal enclosure (DB Box) of size 750x600x300mm or as per site requirement, made out of 2mm thick MS sheet suitable for fixing the MCB DB & meters, single door type with locking arrangement and reconnecting commissioning including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to internal and external surfaces with machine spray, necessary cutting, PCC work, disturbed surfaces match to existing surface complete included in the job complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete

Supply and fixing LED tube rod/ultra bright tubelight 20 Watts (single side connection) with very high efficacy and best suited for installation in existing tubelight luminaire with any type of existing lamp holders to give the glare free light with lamp holder as per site requirement and as directed.

Supply and fix electronic meters single phase temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 230 V, 10-60Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS 13779, IP-54, with Prameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH including removal old unsv energy meter any type and make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Old unsv energy meter to be deposited to MES store.
