Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M in wide and depth for carrying out repairs to jointing pipe and getting out in soft loose soil including dewatering of sub soil water complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation to be carried out using mechanical excavator to carryout work in short time and ultimate care to be taken to avoid any damage to RCC pipe line

All as per item No. 1.00 above but exceeding 1.5 M in wide/depth but not exceeding 3.00 mtr in soft / loose soil

All as per item No.1.00 above but in hard/dense soil

All as per item No.1.00 above but in Soft / Disintegrated rock (for road /hard standing cutting)

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for repair to leaking RCC collar joints of 600 mm dia NP raw water pipe line in trenches by removing all damaged cemet morter and old spun yarn and culking with new spun yarn and cement morter 1:3 mix with cico oil all around the collar joint and testing the new joint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- one collar has two joint, each joint measured as one unit.

Material & labour for cleaning of valve chamber of any size internally and externally, removing all wild vegitations around 1 mtr of valve pits, applying one coat of white wash to the inner & outer side walls and one coat of black synthetic enamel paint to steel cover with fame complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing of areas of above pipe lines by Clearing away all grass, wild vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30cm girth and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceble RCC pipe, supply, laying, testing and commissioning of MS pipe line (ERW) of 600 mm dia 9.5 mm thick as per IS 3589:2001 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing DI pipe 600 mm internal dia, K-7 grade, Socketed end, complete with push on rubber joint complete all as specified and as directed including taking down unserviceble RCC pipe complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for flange joint suitable for MS pipe line of 600 mm dia with new MS flange of thickness 20 mm welded to MS pipe line including providing ‘Neoprene’ rubber gasket, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mechanical joint fabricated in wksp made with MS Plate 10 mm thick and flange with 20mm thick, drilled hole for flange suitable for 600 mm dia RCC/DI/MS pipe complete with rubber gusket, nuts, botls and washers complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fix, install test and commissioning CI sluice valve flanged type 300 mm dia PN 1.0 fitted with hand wheel including fixing pipe line with nuts, bolts and washers complete including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of raw water strainer of size 600 mm dia after dismantling all nuts bolts of strainer top cover and refixing after completion of work, cleaning of PCC pit by removing all scales dirt, sediments and fungus etc. using wire brush complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix CI / DI air release valve with isolating sluice valve 80 mm dia confoming to ISI 4846 with lead gun metal rings and spindle nut in bronze and spindle for 12 CR 13 material with ISI mark, pressure rating PN 1.0 including necessary welding and fixing new nipple, nuts, bolts and washers and rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix CI / DI air release valve with isolating sluice valve 150 mm dia confoming to ISI 4846 with lead gun metal rings and spindle nut in bronze and spindle for 12 CR 13 material with ISI mark, pressure rating PN 1.0 including necessary welding and fixing new nipple, nuts, bolts and washers and rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for flange joint suitable for MS pipe line of 150mm dia including new MS flange of thickness 10mm welded to MS pipe line including provision of Neoprin rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for flange joint suitable for MS pipe line of 80 mm dia including new MS flange of thickness 8 mm welded to MS pipe line including provision of Neoprin rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe 80 mm dia Medium grade in short length, making threading or fixing with flange including dismantling taking down unsv one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe 150 mm dia Medium grade in short length, making threading or fixing with flange incl dismantling taking down unsv one all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in to support the pipe lines / valve pit including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to valve pits with Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in 1:6 cement morter including dismantling taking out unsv one complete all as specified and as directed .

Repair to valve pits with Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including dismantling taking out unserviceable plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to valve pits with MS structural steel work for cover frame with MS sheet including dismantling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for painting with one coat of black bituminous paint of existing MS steel sections after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix new route marking RCC pillar of size 300 x 300 x 1200 mm long written with engraved as "ND-V" at both side and fixed above pipe line by keeping 600 mm above GL including necessary earth work including dismantling taking out damaged pipe route marking pillar made with RCC post of any size, transportation to pipe line route manuually from nearest motorable road complete all specified and as directed. (Note: Minimum Grade of Concrete shall be M-25, with nominal mix conc. & reinforcement shall be 8 nos 12 mm dia as main bars & 8 mm dia tie bar ( stirrups ) @ 150 c/c)

Painting of existing RCC pipe route marker pillar above GL portion with wheather coat white exterior paint and letter with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Serial Nos of each pillar to be provided including of ND-V.
