Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of C Type 34 Qtrs and D Type 4 Qtrs Subash Nagar , KDH Colony for Two Years under KDH Project ,NK Area.

Collection of garbage from door to door and disposal the same through trolly or other available arrangement to the specified place within a lead of 1 K.M including sweeping of stair case with all tools and tackles complete as per instruction of E.I.C.(GROUND FLOOR)

Collection of garbage from door to door and disposal the same through trolly or other available arrangement to the specified place within a lead of 1 K.M including sweeping of stair case with all tools and tackles complete as per instruction of E.I.C.(FIRST FLOOR)

Collection of garbage from door to door and disposal the same through trolly or other available arrangement to the specified place within a lead of 1 K.M including sweeping of stair case with all tools and tackles complete as per instruction of E.I.C.(SECOND FLOOR)

Sweeping,brooming and cleaning of all roads in colony and within the premises of service building and other places as equired with all tools and tackels and stacking the garbage at specified places as per instruction of EIC.(including providing proper dress/uniform for workers)

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cleaning of surface drain including disposal of mud,sludge through trolly or other arrangement to a specified place (in no case it shall be kept on banks) within a lead of 1km complete as per instruction of EIC. upto 300 mt. Wide including tools and tackles etc. all complete.

Carriage of Material By Mechanical Transport including loading,unloading and stacking Lime, moorum, building rubbish Lead - 5 km

Cleaning all type of roofs including of dry leaves, weedings, and clening dram holes, brooming etc all complete with tools and tackles and stacking the garbages at specified place as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface areas) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc, removal of silt, rubbish from tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder@ 0.5g per litre capaciy of tank including marking the date of cleaning on side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge( The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ rs. 0.10 pernlitre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account).

Deployment of Facility Manager for heading the entire team and single point of contact & overall incharge of FM on site operators and reporting to Engineer-in-charge or his representative. (Note: Facility Manager is to be deployed on monthly basis only)
