S/R to 100 Men barrack of PS at Chakapad for the year 2025-26

Providing Fitting and fixing of false ceiling with Aluminium anodised T Section No3215 with 2'-0" center to center L section 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 wall to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc. completed etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating , fitting , fixing & erection of M.S Angular/Tubular truss and purlins including all cost convenyance etc.

Providing for fixing big six or traffird G.C.I. sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete including cost and carraige of A.c. Sheet all labour T&P etc. complete.

12mm thick Outside plastering with C.M. (1:6) over to Brick masonry & wall surface including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Finishing walls with Weather Seal Coat (Two coats) over a coat of cement Primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering Two coats to walls with Distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of M.s. Window Grills Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc complet as per direction of E.I.C.

Painting Two coats Enamel Paint over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work on new wood work / iron work with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
