ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE

High-quality, soundproof, and weatherproof acoustic enclosure, designed to be environmentally friendly. It is fabricated from 14/16 SWG sheet steel and powder-coated for durability. Specially designed to comply with CPCB-IV standards, it maintains noise levels below 75 dB(A) at a distance of 1 meter from the enclosure under free-field conditions.

BASE FRAME

Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Fuel Tank -Capacity 230 Lts. Made of 14 SWG sheet metal built inside base fame complete with drain valve, air vent, and inlet and out let connection, fuel gauge.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

(i) The rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties, etc.

(ii) All materials, equipment, and accessories must conform to the relevant IS/IEC specifications. The DG set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective engine manufacturer.

(iii) Test Report Availability (for Testing/Approval): A Type Approval Certificate for the specified rating of the power generator from any designated agency authorized by CPCB, a COP Certificate for the engine, and a type test report for the alternator as per IS:13364 (Part-1) latest / IS:13364 (Part-2) latest must be provided to prove conformity to the specifications.

(iv)Agreement to Provide Documents: The bidder agrees to furnish all relevant test reports, supporting documents, and other required certifications to the buyer at the time of bidding or upon demand.

(v) Warranty Terms for Power Generator/DG Set: Warranty Period: 24 months or 5000 hours, whichever is earlier from the date of installation and commissioning. Engine & Alternator Warranty: 5 years. Preventive Maintenance Visits: 1 visit per year during the warranty period (Supply of all consumables is the buyer's responsibility). Response Time for Complaint Resolution: Within 7 days during the warranty period. Time Duration for Repair/Replacement of Defective Parts: Within 30 days during the warranty period.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 125 kVA Silent Diesel Generator Set with Acoustic Enclosure.

Scope of Work for Exhaust Pipe Extension: Extending the exhaust pipe using a suitable diameter MS black pipe, including connection to the existing silencer with a flexible coupler. The work shall include supply and fixing (S&F) of flanges, nuts, bolts, washers, and all necessary fixing materials as required. The exhaust pipe shall be extended up to 2.5 meters in height to the nearest higher installation. Additionally, asbestos rope / 2" glass wool insulation, chicken net wrapping, and an aluminium foil covering shall be provided, along with an end cap and high-temperature-resistant painting for durability.

Residential type silenser pipe

Supply and Fix (S&F) a special type of MS angle iron bracket support made of 50x50x6 mm MS angle, along with a flat iron clamp, nuts, bolts, washers, etc., for the vertical run of the exhaust pipe, as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Earthwork excavation for the foundation and muffing for the structural support of the exhaust pipe, including cement concrete and other necessary items, as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Filling of HSD oil for initial refill with transportation.

SITC of Earthing works

Supply and laying of 2×50 sq.mm single-core, multistrand, PVC-insulated flexible copper cable in uPVC/GI pipe from the earth electrode to the neutral earth busbar and from the earth busbar to the DG neutral point, as required, for neutral earthing.-20mtrs

Finishing the cable ends using the crimping method, including the supply and fixing of copper sockets, insulating tape, and necessary jointing materials, as required, suitable for a single-core 50 sq.mm copper wire.-4Sets

Earthing using a 50 mm diameter, 3.64 mm thick, 3.04-meter-long GI pipe (TATA-Medium) as per GS.-6set

Construction of a masonry enclosure on top of the earth electrode with an overall size of 86.36 cm × 86.36 cm × 46 cm (below ground level), made of 25 cm wide cemented brickwork (1:6), duly plastered with cement mortar on the inside. The enclosure shall include a cast iron hinged inspection cover (36.56 cm × 35.56 cm) with a locking arrangement, a GI reducer, and drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm diameter holes in the GI pipe. -6sets

Excavation of soil for the installation of an earth electrode, including filling and ramming, suitable for soft soil -6cumtr

Supply and fixing of heat-shrinkable sleeves for a 50 mm × 6 mm GI strip from the earth electrode to the earth bus, as required for neutral earthing and as per the direction of the E.I.C-22Mtr

Supply and laying of cable

Supply of 4 Core 120 Sq.mm XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor Cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts, of the following sizes, from approved makes: Nicco, Gloster, KEI, Polycab, or Havells

Supply and installation of compression-type glands, including proper finishing, for 4 Core 120 Sq.mm XLPE/PVC Armoured Cable (2/4/3.5 Core) as per GS.

Laying of cable above 4 Core 120 Sq.mm on wall/surface, including supply and fixing of MS clamps with earthing attachment using 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, making necessary holes, mending damages, and finishing with painting as per GS.

Laying of a single cable above 35 sqmm and up to 185 sqmm in an underground trench of 460mm width and an average depth of 760mm, with brick protection consisting of 8 bricks per meter placed on top of the cable. The work includes filling the space between the bricks and cable, backfilling the trench with shifted soil, leveling, and restoring the surface with proper compaction.

Supply and fixing of 80 mm dia GI Pipe (ISI-Medium Gauge) for protection, including necessary fittings and jointing materials as required, as per GS.

Rate should be quoted incl. of all taxes and cess.
