S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing and matching with door shutter shade. The door frame shall be tied to the wall using 75/100mm long MS screw as directed .

S & F 30mm thick factory made both sides prelam panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 gauges thickness and size 19mm x 19mm for stiles, top and bottom rails, MS frame shall have a coat of steel primer of approved make and manufacture. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded prelam PVC C channel size 30mm thickness, 70mm width, out of which 50mm should be flat and 20mm shall be tappered in 45 degree < on either sides forming stiles and 5mm, 95mm wide prelam PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115mm wide. prelam PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tappered on both sides to form lock rail. Top rail, bottom rail and lock rail shall be provided either sides of the panel 10mm (5mm x2) thick 20mm wide cross PVC sheet shall be provided as gap insert for top rail, and bottom rail paneling of 5mm thick both side prelam PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with 7mm (5mm+2mm) thick 15mm wide. PVC sheet beading on inner side and jointed together with solvant cement adhesive, an additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of C channel using PVC solvant adhesive etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut green marbel stone in single piece in riser of steps, skirting, dado, window (Jambs/Cills), and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as specified

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut green marbel stone as in flooring, in steps in single piece over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 20 mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surface including racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

(Reiforcement will be measured and paid saperately under respective item.

M&L for sunken treatment of WC/Bath with polymeric membrance (APP based) with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement including water tightness test with filling of water for continuous 48 hours with following :-

Demolition of existing PCC /lean concrete including floor tiles and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in sunken portion with CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions plaster surface should be even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed. Note . (WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only).

M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrance of weight of 3 kg/sqm with non woven polyster fibre as reinforcement over a coat of bituminious/polymerized primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 Ltrs/Sqm by torch application with side over laps & longitudinal joints over laps etc as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for sunken portion filled with lean concrete 1:5:10 using brick/lime aggregate and finish the surfaces rough to receive sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete in flooring type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions for laying floor tiles. Note (WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only).

M&L for followings complete all as specified and directed :- (A) Surface Preparation and Concrete Removal:- (i)Removal of plaster and finishes from all sides of columns (full height), three sides of beams (full span), and bottom of slabs over specified areas, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Removal of cover concrete around reinforcement (using pneumatic or electric chippers or other approved tools) until reinforcement is fully visible. (iii)Undercutting of concrete up to 20mm beyond reinforcement around the full circumference of columns and full length of reinforcement in beams/slabs as directed. (iv) Cleaning of exposed concrete surface using water jet. (v) Manual removal of rust from exposed reinforcement using hand tools. (B) Anti-Corrosive Treatment to Reinforcement: (i) Cleaning of exposed reinforcement bars (old and new) around all sides. (ii) Application of one coat of alkaline rust-converting primer as per manufacturer's recommendation. (iii) Application of two coats of epoxy phenolic anti-corrosive protective coating on all exposed reinforcement bars, including rear portions close to the concrete substrate. (C) Application of Polymer Modified Cementitious Mortar (PMM): (i) Preparation of the substrate surface (dry and free of debris). (ii) Application of epoxy bond coat using approved spray equipment, ensuring no pin holes. If pin holes are visible, apply a second coat. (iii) Application of PMM in layers totaling 30mm thickness (preferably 10mm coats), completing the work within 30 minutes. (iv) PMM shall be pre-packed and ready-to-use as per the manufacturer’s instructions. (v) Moist curing of PMM for 3 days, followed by air curing under recommended conditions. Notes:- (i) All work to be carried out in accordance with the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The rates shall include all labor, materials, tools, machinery, transportation, and incidental costs. (iii) Any wastage or additional work required will be at the contractor’s expense unless otherwise directed by the Engineer.

M&L for Drilling & chemical anchoring of new rebars/stirrups :- (i) Drilling in to the sound RCC members for anchoring of rebars/stirrups as directed, the dia of hole to be match with dia of rebar & length of drilling as under :- 10-12 mm dia bar - drilling length 80 to 100 mm Note: Anchoring of new re-bars of any dia as directed in to the sound RCC members as directed using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes as mentioned above for proper bonding into the concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use & waste of form work using steel/Hard Plywood sheets, steel bracing, propping etc around sides of columns and other structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed Note:- Form work shall be 100% leak proof.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade with the following operations :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : MasterEmaco S46T of BAS or equivalent in FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer's recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed including M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note: Form work shall be 100% leak proof. The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is included in this item.

M&L for Providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 & 20 mm Aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note. (reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F for stengthening existing reinforcement by use of mild steel TMT bars of any dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard drawn steel wire fabric weight per square meter not exc 4.0 kg, cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated (FRLS) and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC Conduit and all accessories Concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 sqmm copper cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including fabricated steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls, with modular white cover plate with frame for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators and blank cover etc complete including cutting of chases where as required and making good all disturbed work to match the existing all as specified and as directed for the following:-

Note : Warrenty on light should be of minimum 02 Years provided by contractor.

S & F of exhaust fan of white colour made of sturdy engineering PVC complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50Hz, RPM 1200, noise level 40-45dB ,water resistant ,copper winding of sweep 250mm including exhaust fan connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose and taking down existing UNSV exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Old unserviceable Exhaust fans shall be deposited to AGE E/M store yard for re issue to other buildings after repair/servicing or suryed off as per procedure in vogue etc. complete all as specified and directed 2. Making suitable size of hole on wall for fixing the exhaust fan .3. 02 years guarantee to be provided by the contractor.

Sub main wiring with FRLS two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed fire retardant multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade IS-694, marked of 4.0 Sqmm size drawn through and including not less than 25 mm dia PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked and conduit junction boxes, terminal boxes and accessories such as tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends fixed to the surface of wall/ceiling including one run of 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable for earth wire continuity conductor. Note : Two runs of single core 4.0 sqmm and one run of 4.0 sqmm copper FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor and suitable size conduit with accessories shall be measured as one length.
