Providing Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Services from concept to commissioning for Integrated Terminal Building, Cargo Terminal, ATC Tower cum Technical Block, Fire Station Building with Fire Control Tower including Ancillary Buildings like Office Building, Maintenance Building, Security Building, Sub-Station Building, A/C Plant, Pump Room, MT Pool cum Workshop etc., City and Air Side Development around Buildings, Car Parking etc. and other associated works at Hisar Airport. The Role & responsibilities of the Consultant are broadly inclusive of, but not limited to site survey, topographical survey, geotechnical investigation, planning, conceptual stage architectural design / drawings, based on modern functional building design as per scope of work which will include master planning/layout plan, buildings floor plans and elevations, city side development plan, perspective view of the proposed Terminal Building showing tentative arrangement of various facilities (for smooth passenger flow for TB), art work depicting local heritage / culture, Interior Design for Terminal Building along with City side and Air side elevations, preliminary structural design /drawings of RCC framed/Steel & glass buildings, various systems e.g., Electric Sub-Station & AC Plant Buildings, Solar Lighting and Panels, Elevators, Escalators, BHS system, PBBs, Water Supply, Drainage system for the whole Integrated Aviation Hub at Hisar, Sanitary installations, MEP, Internal & External Electrical Installations, Signage, HVAC, BMS, Power Supply, Fire Fighting, Addressable Fire Detection & Alarm System, Automatic Sliding Door, Air- curtains, Boom Barrier CCTV/Security and Access system, FIDS, EPABX, Passenger movement system (Lifts & Escalators), Airport systems & IT systems, Façade design/skylight, structural glazing system, Media plan and interior element system, PA system and acoustics etc., ATC Tower cum Technical Block, Fire Station Building with Fire Control Tower, Integrated Management Building, MT Pool, Workshop, Ancillary Buildings, Sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant, service yard, Security offices, landscaping & horticulture works, commercial & land development, water availability program for Hisar Airport from nearest water source, Traffic engineering and external roads, city side and air side development around buildings including city and air side roads along with footpaths and other services etc. Preparation of preliminary estimate and Draft tender document for call of e-tender on EPC mode, assisting AAI in shortlisting of bidders for opening of financial bid, preparing tender justification statement and assisting AAI in award of work to the EPC agency. Scrutiny and recommendation to AAI related to approval of detailed architectural drawings /working drawings/GFC drawings /Shop drawings/As-Built drawings etc. submitted by EPC contractor and any other task assigned by AAI in line with provisions contained in the Tender Document and required for satisfactory completion of the EPC Contract.
