REPAIR/MAINT OF DG SETS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT KANNUR UNDER GE (ARMY) TRIVANDRUM

Supply and filling in replacement of engine oil including cleaning of engine oil chamber and replacement of gasket etc including drain out unserviceable oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Filter kit (Oil, fuel, Air) for the generator of capacity upto 30 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Note : i) Dismantling as per site requirement for repair and any minor parts required for making the DG Set fully operational which is not mentioned in subsequent items i.e Nuts, bolts, washer any welding work etc are deemed to be included in rates quoted.

Supply and filling in replacement of Coolant for generator set of any capacity including drain out unserviceable coolant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Air bowl for generator set of capacity upto 15 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Lube oil pressure pipe for generator set of capacity upto 30 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Air filter assembly for generator set of capacity upto 63 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Canopy and door glass for generator set of capacity upto 63 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of step solenoid switch for generator set of capacity upto 30 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of brass battery terminal for battery of capacity upto 150Ah including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Rubber coupling for generator set of capacity upto 30 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Door lock for generator set of capacity upto 30 KVA including taking down old unserviceable complete, all as specified and directed. Dismantling and taking down unserviceable self starter transporting to work shop for the repair and transporting back to site after complete repairs all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old dynamo and transporting to workshop for repair and transporting back to site after complete repair, reinstalling at site and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to Dynamo of DG Set of capacity 63 KVA DG set including rewinding of coil, replacement of GM Bush, housing plate, cutout plate and transporting back to site, re-installation connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Any minor item required for complete repair is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

Repair to self starter including rewinding the coil winding, bearing pinion bush solenoid switch carbon brush and holder including transporting back to site, re-installing and testing for 63 KVA capacity DG set complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and painting, scrubbing, denting and welding/soldering rusted part and filling properly of complete DG set including frame by two coats of enameled paint over a coat of metal primer paint as per colour code by spray painting and marking etc for capacity 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32x6mm size , by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, galvanised iron 32x6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs-02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.50m long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. Note:- Item of Earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth lead 32x6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI medium grade.

S&F ON Load change over switch 160 Amps, 4 Pole made out of Sheet steel enclosure including replacement of incoming and outgoing lugs and fixing arrangement on panel/wall complete after taking down old one all as specified and directed.

S&F 12V, 120Ah lead acid battery for generator set including taking out old unserviceable battery complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of moulded case circuit breaker four pole 100 Amps 25KA capacity 415V 50Hz incl taking out the old unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of pump house Control panel board LT, Double door type front and back openable, CPRI Approved outdoor type, pedestal mounted, overall size not less than 1000 x 900 x 450 mm, having independent compartment for bus bar, incoming feeder and each out going feeders, dust and vermin proof & locking facilities, factory made, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly 02 layer of synthetic enamel spray painted over a coat of metallic primer suitable for 3 Phase 415 volts 50 Hz, AC supply, bus bar chamber with aluminium bus bar of 400 Amp rating for 3 phase and neutral 4 wire system duly insulated with heat shrinkable type sleeves as per colour code, supported on epoxy insulators - 01 Set incl necessary copper cables of suitable size for MCCBs/ MCBs / change over switch / inter connections, common earth bus bar of GI Strip 25 x 5 mm at bottom with panel board at two earth terminals, cable glands with independent plates at bottom for each out going and in coming cables in cable alley panel board and painted with powder coating in Siemens grey colour and provision for the following incoming and outgoing accessories all as approved and comprising as under : - (Location: MH 63 KVA DG)
