BOQ (Sch 'A') B/R items Excavation in trenches n.exc.1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation in hard / dense soil and getting out all as specified and directed.

Demolition of pre-cast block walling / brick work or stone/boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation concrete, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness.(below or above ground level) Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Struck pointing,to brick /concrete block walls in cement mortar 1:4 on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (steel or RCC or wooden) any section including taking out embedded portion (concrete work) and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Returning, fillingin, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exc. 250m but not exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for hand packing with broken stone or boulders ( any thickness) at back of the retaining walls etc and raising ( or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of MS binding wire (anealed) 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh/welded steel wire fabric etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum,getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc.25mm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 10 mm dia & over mild steel round or square bars fixed behind fencing as guard bars etc and similar articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates, bond stones, etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screw and to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt exc 5cm not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces, complete `all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.
