Furniture, etc doors & windows within the building including necessary machinery like vacuum leaners etc cleaning & sweeping the garbage from side aprons & surrounding of the buildings service road, filling overhead water tanks during supply, cleaning drainage lines etc with all necessary labour & materials, viz soap, table duster soft & hard brooms, scented liquid, Air fresheners uri al cubes, baskets etc, complete. including with proper uniform including making arrangement for lifting, disposing off the garbage,. Scrap material up to nearest Municipal dustbin including providing all labour, material machinery required for it etc complete.

Maintenance and repairs of water supply, sanitation, drainage system, carpentory works; viz. doors, windows shutters, furnitures, upholsteries by providing skilled (Masson, Plumber, Carpentor, Mechanic etc.) and unskilled (Helper) labours as and when required for repairing work in office premises including necessary tools and plants but excluding material etc.complete.
