Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor two ceiling and removal of the same for instu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-a) Foundation, footing bases of colums etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, post and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing of the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

d) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth.

e) Stairs cases with slopping or stepped soffits excluding landing.

f) Vertcal Surfaces such as walls.

Providing & laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all hight. (a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Columns, pilasrs, posts and struts, square, rectangular or polygonal in plain.

c) Suspending floors roofs landing & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and their cases (except spiral cantilever upto floor two level.

d) Stair cases (except spiral staircases) excluding landing but prepairing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete upto floor two level.

Providing & fixing angle iron door, window, clerestorey window frame manufactured from M.S. Angle iron section of 50 x 50 x 6mm thicness i/c hinges jambs locks & if required angle threshold of MS angle 50 x 25mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means lugs with split & tail to each jamb i/c steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement & shock absorber specified & applying coat of approved steel primer after proper pretreatment of surfaces as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Prooviding 40 X 3mm flat iron hold fast 40cm. Long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden splug and immeging in cement concrete block 10x10x15 cms. 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

P/F 12mm thick prelaminated board both side bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade panelled shutters with frame of 2nd class deodar wood for doors i/c bright finished/black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick frame.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. (a) 300mm x 16mm.

Providing and fixing prelaminated board ceiling complete with all necessary screws and clamps. 8mm thick.

Providing & fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separately).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:16graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing plinth protection under layer of 75mm thick bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well ramed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including prepration of ground finished with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand :6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.) and fixing oxidized M.S hooks and eyes 150mm long.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting. Ready mixed pain brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint. (a) White paint.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other matel surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting Ready mixed pain brushing red oxide/zink oxide chrome.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint otyher than white.

Applying birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final metter finish to the surface complete.

Wall painting two coats with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plaster wall surfaces to give an even shade incluiding thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foriegn matter and sand papered smooth incluiding applying of putty a required for metling the surface, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint Apex of Asian brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Stone soling prperly handpacked filling interstices with kharnja stone & consolidated with power road roller to the requested gradient and camber i/c spreading watering & rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. Complete as per HPPWD specification.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in walls including attached buttresses, pilasters and their caps and bases string course etc. upto floor two level.
