Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete (bed to drain) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulders masonery built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashler facing ,dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, plinth band, bond stones, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Walling of random rubble stone masonary built in cement mortar 1:4, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Quantity of bond stones will be deducted from stone masonry work.

All as per srl item No 5 here in before but except stones complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brickwork and finishing even and smoth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 20mm to face stones (lime and sand stone) and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound and used as per manufacturer instruction.

Brick work with sub class old size 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 12.00 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Serviceable bricks obtained from srl item No 3.00 to be reused.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landing, cover slab for drain , chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified and directed.
