Removal of Existing brick lining of Reduction Furnace at top, middle and bottom separator as per instruction of Engineer in charge

Lining of Top, Middle & Bottom seperators of the Reduction Furnaces as per the enclosed drawing which includes material like IS8 grade Refractory bricks (side arch bricks/end arch bricks), Fire clay cement & Accoset-50 cement. The volume of the seperators namely top, middle and bottom are 0.4323 Cubic meter, 0.3603 Cubic meter, 0.5714 Cubic meter respectively for each furnace.

The arrangement of material like Fire Clay cement, Accoset-50 cement and the refractory bricks as per IS8 standard are under the scope of the firm executing the work.The approximate quantity of the materials per furnace are . Refractory bricks : 1.364 Cubic meter, Fire Clay Cement : 300 Kg , Accoset-50 Cement : 300 Kg.
