Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year
Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)
Intending Bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor, at least one similar work such as in the field of supply, installation of electrical accessories & electrification work including maintenance works of power supply equipment/ Maintenance of Illumination system of value not less than Rs.24.57 lakhs in the last five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) in any Thermal power stations. As a proof of this the bidder shall upload single work order and corresponding work done certificate issued by the competent authority. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year).
Intending Bidder shall be Class-I or above electrical contractor. As a proof of this, valid Electrical license issued by competent authority of Govt. of Karnataka shall be furnished.
The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 49.13 lakhs in any two financial years during the last five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). As a proof of this, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of profit & loss or turnover certificate duly certified by chartered accountant. (Financial turnover of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year).
