Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil loame clay or sand including lift upto 1.5 m & lead upto 30m lncluding filling watering & ramming of excavation earth into the trenches or into the space betbeen the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as direction by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches As per SOR 251

Sand filling in plingth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8km from the site of work & including watering , dressing etc. Rate incldes cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SOR 255

Concrete with 4cm (1 1/2") Gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous and cement in proportion of 12;6;1 in foundation and under floor, including supply of all material labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work. As per SOR 273

First Class-150 brick work in 1;4 cement and Coarse sand mortor of 1.25 fineness modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR 305)

12mm thick cement Plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1;4 cement and coarse sand in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interrior plastering including arises, inerior rounded angles chamfers and of rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grit and finished even and smooth. schedule no.584

Cement concrete with 2 cm (1 1/2") gauge approved stone grit, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4;2;1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. SOR 279(i)

Providing cost of dewatering including cost of boaring laying of 4" dia P.V.C. Pipe, Hire charges of 7.50 K V. Deisal pumping Set, Hire C harges of P.V.C. pipe & cost of 4"dia plastic pipe for disposal of water as required distance also including wages of repairing leakage during operation with hire charges of tractor including loading and unloding of pumping set. R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.1. binding wire and including Necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item. SOR 284A

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or rainforced brick work (when not including in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage and over lapping & hooks. SOR 504
