Providing Manpower services on outsource basis to various ranges of M M Hills Division during 2026-27

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should have Supply of 150 persons per year to the Govt/Semi Govt. But Preference will be given to bidder with experience in forest department.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have supplied labourers to Govt/Semi Govt. atleast 150 persons per year.(a) Achieved in at least three financial years a minimum financial turnover usually double the work estimate cost.

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate (a) Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than 30% of the ECV.

Should be registered in Labour department, EPF, ESI, IT, GST, ISO issued by the Competent authority.

Contractors should be registered as Forest Contractor in any of the Forest Division Office for the financial year 2026-27.

The outsource Agency should upload the Notrified affidavit in respect of payment made as wage component ESI, PF and other taxes on or before 5th of every month, All extract in support of all the payment details should be uploaded. Any discrepancy in payment of wages PF, ESI and other taxes or Non uploading of document by the outsource agency shall be treated seriously and such agency shall stands rejected.

Notrified affidavit saying that the bidder is not black listed by any of the Government offices.
