Operation running and maintenance of Sewerage treatment plant of 0.41 MLD capacity along with Sewer network in the various buildings at Dr YSP University of Horticulture and Forestry Nauni Solan

Operation, running and maintenance of STP along with all components and whole sewerage/sullage net work in the existing buildings and to be included in future during three year’s contract period in the campus. The clearing of blockage of pipes in internal/ external of the all buildings, net work and man holes.. Clearing compliance of complaints with in twenty four hours, otherwise penalty will be imposed @ Rs.1000/- only per day. Only labour escalation will be applicable as per revision of labour wages by the HP Govt. during the contract period except material. The other terms & conditions are also appended to be part & parcel of the work agreement etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The whole expenditure on repair of allied accessories along with electronic control panel and starter of motors, fortnightly report of test results of samples duly tested from HPPCB or Eco lab. And any authorized by the HP Govt., Painting/ white wash in building and epoxy paint on steel structure minimum once in a year will be borne by the contractor himself .And repair/ replacement of four nos. pumps, two nos. Aerator parts, upto Rs. Fifty thousand per year will be borne by the contractor & above Rs. Fifty thousand expenditure per annum will be borne by the University with the approval of Engineer-in-Charge on the recommendation of the Addl. Assistant Engineer (Design). * Man power:- One no. electrician ITI qualified, five nos. attendant/helper/sewer man.

Providing and fixing readymade RCC man hole cover and frame ISI marked 12592-2002 inside size opening / access 450 x 600 mm and 50mm thick embedding with 20mm thick cement mortar 1:2 mix in the existing man hole slab after removing the debris material etc as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing RCC Gully cover and frame ISI marked 12592-2002 inside size opening / access 300 x 300 mm and 40mm thick embedding with 20mm thick cement mortar 1:2 mix in the existing gully trap slab after removing the debris material etc as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas in all width and depth on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all leads, lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .a). Ordinary rock

Dismantling C.I. pipes including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means breaking lead caulked joints, melting of lead and making into blocks including stacking of pipes & lead at site within all lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a). Upto 150mm diameter.

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Finolex/Vectus/D-plast make).
