REPAIR OF CERTAIN CRANES INSTALLED AT SITE-I AND LOAD TESTING ALONG WITH SERVICING OF DB/1 AT AIR FORCE STATION PATHANKOT

1. Repair and Maint and making the fully functioning of crane of capacity given below, after checking long travel motion cross travel motion hoisting motion (electrically and mechanically) in presence of user rep and MES rep & rectify any type of defects immediately when found including servicing, greasing, oiling & carrying out routine maintenance as directed by Engineer in charge (Note:- (i) any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced under respective items. (ii) Labour for lowering, mounting arrangement such as ladder, pully block, rope system and other connected mechanism shall be contractor arrangement and rates are deem to be including in this Job No extra payment will be made to the contractor against lowering / lifting the spare etc at a height of 20’ to 40’ (a) Servicing and load testing of EOT crane of capacity 03 Ton – 3 Each 2 M/L of EOT crane by repacking the wheel assy 10 Ton capacity. 1 Each 3 Electro hydraulic operated brake suitable long travel motion of EOT crane of capacity 03 Ton. 1 Each 4 Eelctro hydraulic operated brake suitable cross motion of EOT crane of capacity 03 Ton. 1 Each 5 M/L for replacement of drive assembly of EOT crane suitable for capacity 10 Ton. 1 Each 6 M/L gear oil suitable ofr EOT crane up to 10 Ton cap as per manufacture recommendation or directed by Engr-in-Charge. – 75 Ltr 7. M/L grease (Industrial Grade) suitable for EOT crane up to 10 Ton cap as per manufacture recommendation of directed by Engr-in-Charge- 5 Kg 8 S/F limit switch suitable for crane 10 to EOT crane 1 Nos 9 S/F contractos suitable for EOT Cranes. 2 Nos 10 S/F relays suitable for EOT crane. 1 No 11 M/L of 12 mm steel wire rop for bearing capcity of 03 Ton EOT crane – 48 RM 12 M/L of 16 mm steel wire rop of bearing capacity of 10 Ton EOT crane. – 42 RM
