EMPANELMENT OF ARCHITECTS / CONSULTANTS TO BUILD CIVIL STRUCTURES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ICE - CREAM PLANT, CAMP OFFICES, ETP, ROADS, PAVEMENTS AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL WORKS FOR A PERIOD OF 02 YEARS.

The bidder should be an established, reputed Architects who have handled at least three Dairy plants or LMP with products plants or ice cream plants Civil works of an outlay of Minimum Rs.20.00 Crores each in the past ten years and Architects having registered office in the vicinity of 200 Kms from Kuderu.

The bidder shall have GST Registration / Service tax registration & PAN No details and any other statutory regulation approvals if necessary are to be attached.

Documents in respect of achievement of Financial years a minimum each year financial turnover in consultancy services only) not less than 70 Lakhs.

Reports on Financial Standing of the bidder such as profit and loss statement, balance sheets and auditors report of the past three years bankers certificates, last three years IT returns etc.

Remaining all other terms & conditions as mentioned in the Tender Document will be applicable.
