Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of all other structures transporting to site spreading ,grading to required slope and graded , compacted in layers not exceeding 200mm ( two hundred millimetre ) thickness with three Wheel road roller 80-100 ( eighty-hundred ) KN static weight to meet the requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental and as per entire satisfaction/ directions of the Engineer- In –Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, G S T or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in hilly area in all height and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/ mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, complete including setting out true to the required lines, grades , width , cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site accordingly to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same with in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road way, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all mode of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries , materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means / labour. If required. All useful material such as stone shingle / aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stone to the tune of 492.46 Cubic meter at the rate of Rs.300.00 (Rupees three hundred only) Per cubic meter shall be effected from the running bills of the contractor. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.
