REPLACEMENT OF 132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F 1st and 2nd BY NEW 02 Nos. 63 MVA T/Fs AT 220/132/33 KV S/S AMROHA UNDER ETD-AMROHA
(A) WORK Partially drain out the transformer oil from tank, Opening of jumpers HV/LV side, removal of earthing strips from bushing and dismantling of 40 MVA T/F accessories including radiators, HV/LV Bushings, HV/LV turrets, HV/LV neutral bushings, Bucholz relay, oil pipe from conservator tank to main tank, oil pipe to OLTC and surge relay conservator tank at 220KV S/S Amroha with all cost of men, material T&P required for completion of work.
Shifting/ Dragging of oil filled 40 MVA T/F from plinth to near open space (Distance about 20mtr) including turning of main tank if required with all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily
Additional shifting of 40MVA T/F @ every 5mtr
Dismantling of HV side LAs and its structure of 40MVA T/F (01 Job includes all 03 phase)
Packing of All HV bushings of 40 MVA T/Fs in crates and shifting the bushing from site to store. (Packing material will be provided by contractor at his own cost.)
Dragging of 63 MVA T/F Main tank from unloading site to T/F Plinth –Approx. distance -20 Mtr.
Additional shifting of 63 MVA T/F @ every 5mtr
Complete, erection of 63 MVA T/F by erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available) connecting of all oil pipe line, erection of cooling fans, making all required control cable connections, buchholz relay etc. for completing the work, topping of T/F oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank, making earthing of main tank, MB, DM box, HV, LV neutral and all other associated work for completion of work.
Complete Erection of LA with structure of 63 MVA T/F (03 Nos)
Replacement of existing old T/F RTCC Panel by new RTCC panel by opening of control cable, cutting of earthing, laying control cables, making termination, preparation of cable schedule etc. & shifting of dismantled panel to elsewhere as per directions of site incharge.
Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine of suitable capacity and taking the BDV and PPM value of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved.( approx. 25 KL)
Jumpering of T/F from 132KV Transformer Jack bus to HV bushings of 63MVA Transformers with twin Panther. (All 03 Phase)
Dismantling of old 36KV CTs having ratio (800-400/1A) including opening of jumpers, earthing, N&B, secondary connections etc and shifting from site to store.
Errection of new 36KV CTs having ratio (2000-1200/1A) including making of jumpers, earthing, N&B, secondary connections etc and shifting from store to site.
Replacement of 36KV Isolator including opening/making of jumpers, earthing, N&B etc.
Strengthening of 33KV Main Bus from AAC Tarantulla conductor to ACSR Twin Moose conductor. (i) Opening of old twin & single jumpers of Bus isolators/LA/PTs from 33KV Main bus bar by opening of PG clamps.
(ii) Dismantling of 33KV Main Bus bar of AAC Tarantulla of each section of each phase.
(iii) Stringing of 33KV main bus bar of 3 Phase with ACSR twin Moose conductor in all three section using 70kN disc insulators, fixing of spacers as per requirement and fitting and other associated works.
(iv) Jumpering from 33KV Twin moose main bus bar to bus isolators/PT/LA with twin/single ACSR panther conductor using PG clamps of required size to be done as per requirement.
(v) Safe carriage of ACSR Moose conductor (from 220KV Gajraula to 220KV Amroha approx. distance 20Km), fitting and clamps etc. from store to site and shifting of old and used AAC Tarantulla conductor, fittings and clamps etc from site to store after completion of work.
(B) Supply Four Bolted type ACSR Moose to ACSR Panther PG Clamps made of aluminum alloy LM-6 complete with galvanized N&B, spring and plain washers etc as per technical specification.
Four Bolted type ACSR Moose to ACSR Zebra PG Clamps made of aluminum alloy LM-6 complete with galvanized N&B, spring and plain washers etc as per technical specification.
Spacer 250mm for 33kv main bus made of LM6 Aluminum alloy suitable for both side moose conductor complete with 12mm dia HDG bolts, nuts, spring and plain washer as per technical specification.
Supply of Bolted type single tension fitting assembly suitable for Twin Moose ACSR conductor including complete set with turn buckle for 33KV Main bus suitable for each disc string 1X4 No. 70kN dics insulator with hardware fitting D-shakle, shoket Ball hook, yoke plate, clevis, tension clamp etc as per technical specification.
Supply of Bolted type single tension fitting assembly suitable for Twin Moose ACSR conductor including complete set without turn buckle for 33KV Main bus suitable for each disc string 1X4 No. 70kN dics insulator with hardware fitting D-shakle, shoket Ball hook, yoke plate, clevis, tension clamp etc as per technical specification.
Supply of 33KV Bus coupler isolator clamps for Twin Moose ACSR Conductor made of Aluminum Aloy LM6 one side connecting the twin Moose conductor and other side connecting a plate of size 100X100X20mm with four numbers 12mm dia holes with HDG nut and Bolts and washers as per technical specifications.
