Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. Ordinary soil Manual Means (Depth upto 3 m)
Random Rubble stone masonry for structure laid dry by locally available approved stone, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per drawing & other similar structures as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Hand Packed stone filling in back of walls including cost of all materials, royalty, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)
CAUSEWAY REPAIR WORK
Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavement (Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately)
Cement Concrete (PCC M-30) Pavement:-Construction of Un-reinforced, Cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design,over a prepeared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type PCC Grade M-30, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (Steel channel, laying and fixing of wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork, as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, and plate vibrators, finished in continuous operation and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound where specified and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawings and technical specifications.
WBM Grading 3 (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.) By Mechanical Means: Grading-III (Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel)
Prime coat (Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface ofgranular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.)
Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification
Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction) for Grading I ( 40 mm nominal size )using Bitumen VG-10
Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.
Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects) for Grading I ( 13 mm nominal size ) using Bitumen VG-10

Excavation in foundation for retaining & breast walls in all types of soils and rock including lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge.
Plain Cement Concrete M10 (1:3:6 nominal mix) in levelling course below open foundation of Head walls as per drawings & Technical Specification Clause 1109
