Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing from work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceililng not exceeding any metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Arches Arches upto 6(Six) metres span within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20(Twenty ) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in Mouldings as in cornices windows, sills etc. The mix shall be design as per requirement of I.S. code and PWD specification. The design mix will be got apaproved from the Engineer-in-Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Frame should be duly reinforced with 1mm G.I. section and Sash/Mullion with 1.5(One point five ) to 2mm(Two millimetre ) thick G.I. section based on wind load calculation, (shape & size according to UPVC profile), UPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, Co-extruded TPV Gasket having separate drainage system, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy(white powder coated) casement handles, G.I. 15mm(Fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor any level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(Eighty millimetre in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

20mm Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor any level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm(Eighty millimetre ) in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand ) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete / stone / plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including t horoughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metling the surface within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
