Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling precast concrete interlocking paver tiles of any size and thickness laid at any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc. all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Formwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of surface channels and drains for rough finished surfaces, flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete solid block masonry using Solid PCC block type C4 exceeding 10 Cm width, built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded granite stone aggrgate as in coping, bed plate, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Reinforced cement concrete hume pipes class NP2, laid and jointed complete with one collar per length of pipe, dia 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling using dry river sand, under floors, spread, levelled to a true surface including watering and consolidating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed.B33

Refixing/relaying only existing serviceable machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any size and thickness complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Serviceable interlocking paver tiles obtained from dismantling under Item No.2 shall be used for laying and rate shall be quoted accordingly.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for approach of parking/ramp, laid in alternative bays, finished even and smooth with XPM impression without using extra cement including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface and applying two coats of synthentic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix framed work such as grills , grating ,etc with ends of bars shouldered and or revated for forged in to spike, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, balusters, walk ways raling framed work for water tanks similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and deposited where as directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 3000.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 3000.00 as rate in Green field under Col-13.
