CABLE TRAY:Supplying and installing following size of perforated pre-painted M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.Cable trays must be clamped/supported at intervals not exceeding 2 meters for horizontal runs and 1 meter for vertical runs.Use galvanized steel saddle clamps or tray clamps fixed with minimum M6 or M8 GI/SS bolts and washers. Clamps must securely grip the tray flanges without damagingUse a minimum 8 SWG GI wire or 25 mm × 3 mm GI strip to bond all tray sections. Ensure electrical continuity across joints using GI/SS bolts and spring washers.Connect the tray earthing to the building’s main earth grid at both ends . the galvanised coating.All clamps, rods, bolts, and brackets must be galvanized to prevent rusting. Ensure smooth edges and proper alignment to avoid damage to cable insulation during operation.

It shall be properly pasted in front of the control panels. It should have an auto glow (Blue) safety band on both side across the with (4 inch) and the Color is as approved by the client(Orange and White stripe).

It shall be properly pasted in front of the control panels. EXTERIOR LIGHTS
Supply of Circular Pole – Ø88.9 mm, Conformance Code: 12009-366-G00-NA-NA-L0206-PCF-004-003, overall dimension 3660 mm, without bracket, without pole arm, with luminaire coupling Ø50 mm × 60 mm height, powder coated finish in Graphite Grey colour, warranty 3 years, no accessories.
Supplying of Foundation Bolt Set – comprising 4 Nos. M16 “J” type foundation bolts, length 300 mm each, complete with 2 Nos. nuts, 2 Nos. plain washers and 2 Nos. spring washers per bolt, including all accessories as required.
Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 4.5 metre and upto 6.5 metre
Dismantling of Existing Pole Light – carefully dismantling the existing street light pole along with its luminaire, bracket/arm, foundation bolts, cable terminations and other connected accessories as required, including safe lowering, removal from site or stacking as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects.
Dismantling of Existing Bollard Light – carefully dismantling the existing bollard light fixture along with its base plate, foundation bolts, internal wiring, terminations and connected accessories as required, including safe removal from site or stacking as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects.
LIASIONING WORKS
Liasioning with statutory authorites, preparation of all documents & submitting and getting initial and final approvals from Electrical Inspectorate, submitting of Completion certificates and arranging inspection, getting sanctions and energisation certificates, test reports. Preperation of shop drawings for execution at site and getting them approved by engineer in charge/consultant before execution at site, preperation of As-built drawings of installation upon completion. Obtaining manuals, technical details,as-built/GA drawings/routine and all specified test certificates from manufactures of all equipments from concerned and arranging technical class for maintenance staff of the complete installation for timely maintenance and working and also obtaining all necessary sanctions from relevant regulatory boards, submitting of test certificates of all equipments obtaining power connection, arranging KSEI inspection and making rectification works as commented by KSEI, labeling of all DBs, panels etc in a professional manner showing the incomer and outgoings, cable routings etc. and commissioning and handing over of the whole installation in a professional manner. All statutory payments will be reimbursed on production of the original receipts. All drawings and reports generated shall be printed in visible paper size depending on size. Copies of drawings shall be taken as required for issuing to all concerned agencies working as a part of the project.
