Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness as in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted aluminium zinc steel sheet (galvalume base) or thinknee 0.50mm having tensile strength of 550 MPA , in colour and to be facotry moulded as in roof covering /cladding and fixed with self tapping screws /self drilling serews, to suit the roofing in customized colour matching with the colour of roofing and screws are to be fixed using torque adjustable electronic gun screws drills of suitable capacity complete all as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

M&L Rolled sections channel angle Tee section and in tubular section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins,post where connected to common rafters and running rails and embbeded in concrete complete .

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete.

Demolition of brick work built in cement work complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B’ bricks, straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces using WPC where ever required as per manufacturerer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc. complete all as specified NOTE -WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as in roof kerbs or mud stops rouded or chamfered on edges, saucer drain (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L Joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed of 15 mm thick 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

E/M PORTION:- Taking down existing pole including old unserviceable PV Solar Panel , Battery 75 AH and 45 Watt Street Light complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Pole should not be damaged by contractor during taking down. If pole will be damaged by contractor during taking down, contractor will be re fix new pole without any extra cost.

Refixing existing pole afte painting complete as per diretion of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation (600mm x 450mm x 450 mm( (sub base as mass concrete) for concrete encasing the pole up to GL of pole etc or other necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for two coat of synthatic enamel paint on old steel surface of pole over 10 cm in width or grith including priming with Red oxide, zinc chome complete as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 for coping (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of Existing pole for plinth block/Collar above GL, 300 mm high and 300 mm x 300 mm square or as directed by Engr-in-Carge including Dismentaling old coping in pole.
