The bidder shall have experience of providing at least ten (10) Security Personnel per annum to GovernmentDepartments/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies during last 3 FY
The agency should have an average annual turnover of at least Rs.30 lakhs during last 3 financial years i.e., in 2022-23, 2023-2024 and 2024-25.
The agency must be a registered entity for more than 5 years in India as date of submission of RFP
The agency should be registered for EPF.
The agency should be registered for ESI
The agency should be registered for GST
The Bidder should have PAN Number
Valid Labour License/Registration issued by the Labour Department, Government of Karnataka.
The Bidder must hold a valid and subsisting license under the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 and the Private Security Agencies(Karnataka) Rules, 2008.
The bidder should not have been Black listed by Govt. of Karnataka / Other State Govts / Government of India.
