Troubleshooting minor repairs of DG sets upto 63KVA capacity at different TE or BTS sites sites in Guntur BA and Ongole OA Revised

Arranging skilled DG service engineer at site for testing the working condition of DG set including general cleaning of DG set, servicing of AMF/DG control panel like cleaning of panel from dust/ spider webs etc, tightening the wiring connections, checking the battery charger functionality, DG power output, adjustment of frequency, recctifying minor wiring faults like replacing lugs/ terminaions etc ,( In case of faulty DG sets detailed report to be submitted to Engineer In charge)

General Servicing of following capacity E/A sets by Supplying and replacement of recommended grade lube oil ( up to Max level) ( 20W 40 Grade) , lube oil filters, diesel filters,fuel flexible pipes including adjustment of tappet settings, check functioning of start motor, dynamo,fuel pump and nozzle ,adjusting of V-belts tension,cleaning of outer parts including arresting of lube oil and diesel oil leakages,tightning of banzo bolts, checking of AMF panel & its wiring connections ( whereever available) , rectifying minor wirings like jointing burntout cable connections, repalcing lugs/ terminations etc complete as required for the following DG sets as reqd. (Makes of filters / Lub oil shall be as recommended by Engine manufacturers, lube oil to be brought in company sealed tins / cans)

DG sets of capacity upto 21KVA

DG sets of capacity 30 KVA/40 KVA

DG sets of capacity 63 KVA

Supply and fixing of suitable size V belt for cooling fan/blower upto 63 kVA DG sets i/c removing of damaged belt (make: Fenner or SS make)

Attending following repairs of DG sets as required

Repairing of self starter ( for DG sets having capacity up to 40KVA)

Repairing and calibration of fuel injection pump assembly by replacement of necessary parts/components such as cam rollers, delivery elements, rollers bearings, packings and o rings etc including testing at test bench etc as required.

Replacement of following spare parts in place of faulty spares suitable for DG sets upto 63kVA to keep DG in working condition.

Alternator Excitation control AVR suitable for DG sets up to 40KVA ( Make : Kirloskar /Mahindra or SS)

Stop solenoid

Steel door hinge / Door lock( Aldrop) for accostic canopy of DG set

Start/ Stop Push buttons (both) with necessary elec wiring for start/ stop facility from Panel.

50mm/63mm dia hydraulic rubber Hose for connecting to fuel Tank with clips

Diesel tank cap/Lub Oil tank Cap

SMPS battery charger suitable for charging Lead Acid Battery with 230 V 50 Hz AC supply as input and 12 V 10 A DC output including Short circuit protection, reverse battery termina protection etc as required.

Battery connecting cable connectors/ Terminals ( 2nos- 1 set)

Repairing & General Servicing of the existing faulty radiator up to 63 KVA Diesel Engine alternator set by arresting of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with help of cleaning agents, i/c dismantling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and reinstallation after repairing the same etc. reqd.

Supplying & Fixing of Bitumin Tar sheet of suitable size ( approx : 2mtrx 1mtr) for water proofing on surface of DG set accoustic metal roof complete as required

Providing cleaning of diesel tank complete as required. (Due to water immpurities)
