Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5M wide and not exc 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5M wide and not exc 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft disintegrated rock (considered for road cutting) all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material not exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point all as specified an directed.

M&L for type B1 1:2:4, using 20mm graded agregrate for pole coping / road / drain / path against damage due to excavation/laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HDPE double wall pipe corugated pipe of size 40 mm dia for cable protection laid in trenches in lieu of sand/brick protection all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade cross section area 6 Sqmm 4 core and connection complete with aluminium cable lugs incl dismantling taking down unsv one all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised Iron tubular pole Swan neck shaped complete with cast iron base plate , final taper plug bolts nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 and made out of structural steel tube and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint as specified type (09 mtr long) and numbering of pole using stensil with red colour background and black colour paint including dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as directed and specified. Note: 1. Contractor has to arrange for Crane/jenny/manipulator/ladder for carrying out the work and quoted rate is inclusive of it. 2. Drawing of the pole showing details of fixing and coping dimensions shall be approved by Engr-in-charge.

Note: Contractor has to arrange for Crane/jenny/manipulator/ladder for carrying out the work and quoted rate is inclusive of it. 2. Drawing of the pole showing details of fixing and coping dimensions shall be approved by Engr-in-charge.

Attending electrical complaints and 24 hr call on repair of control panel of street light, security light, garden light, perimeter light, tower light & high mast light provided inside DAS, decarbonizing all contact points of contactors , replacement of wornout aluminium cable lugs, wornout screws, nuts, bolts and washers, tightening the loose connections whereever required, adjustment of timer, cleaning and restore the power supply all as directed. Note: (i) Work to be measured as unit specified. Contractor shall not claim for outsourcing. Work is to be carried out till rectification. Any material as in this schedule shall be measured as applicable. Required screws, saddles, nuts, bolts, insulation tapes shall be provided by the contractor. Complaint shall be collected from Online complaint cell and to be rectified within 2 hours else recovery shall be made double the quoted rate.

(ii) Replacement of spares viz MCB, MCCB, contactors, timers, cables, will be measured and paid for separately as supply only and labour element for taking down the replaced spares shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted. (iii) If the qty of complaints to be attended in a control panel/LT panel is more than 01 No in a day, altogether the complaints will be considered only 1 (one). (iv) The contractor has to engage minimum 01 nos electrician and 01 nos helper to attend and rectify the defects. (v) The contractor or his representative must take a round of entire site and check for any defect after 6PM everyday and should rectify any defect immediatly.

M&L for dismatling and taking out street light cable loop near pole for size of cable 6sqmm to 25 sqmm after dismantling connection from junction box, cutting, removing damaged portion of the cable ends, providing new aluminium cable end terminals, laying of cable through protection pipe through coping to junction box including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work, pole coping PCC, cable protection, pipe measured separately.

M&L for dismantling taking out cables 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm from trench, including making straight through joints at damaged portion and relaying to trench complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work, sand & Brick protection will be measured and paid separately. Heat shrink straight through cable joints inclusive of quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling taking out cables 25 sqmm to 35 sqmm from trench, making straight through joints at damaged portion and relaying to trench complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed submersible copper flexible electric cable 1.5 sqmm 3 core, 1100 Volts grade and dismantling wornout/defective cables from SL/Flood light fitting at pole/tower top to JB at bottom of pole through pole /tower all as specified and directed. Make : Plaza / Gloster/Havells/Polycab.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed submersible copper flexible electric cable 2.5 sqmm 3 core, 1100 Volts grade and dismantling wornout/defective cables from SL/Flood light fitting at pole/tower top to JB at bottom of pole through pole /tower complete all as specified and directed. Make : Plaza / Gloster/Havells/Polycab.

M&L for complete servicing, repair, maintenance of timer panel, by cleaning inside and outside, replacement of burnt MCB, MCCB, Timer, contactor, wiring, bypass toggle switch complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of MCB, MCCB, Timer, Contactor shall be measured as supply only.
