Cost, making, supply and fixing of CNB (Cultural Notice Board) by using sand stones from dhrangadhra quarry and write ups in trilingual (i.e. Gujarati, Hindi and English), logo of ASI engraved on SS plate of 16 SWG (1.60mm thick) including all materials, labours for cutting, dressing, moulding, carving, fixing and transportation up to monument etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge. see annexure for the list of monuments and design.

Towards applying exterior colour to the compound wall in two or more coat including all cost of material and labour etc. complete (Finishing walls with texture exterior paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied 1.624/ 10 smt over incl. coat of exterior paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

MW (Maint) to Dada Harir's Stepwell, Ahmedabad

Towards desilting of the well in side of the step well including excavating, collecting and lifting up to ground level form well and disposal of excavated earth out side etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards cost, supply and fixing of the MS grill over the open well using 50x50x5 mm size MS angle fixed with 25mm strips and 12mm rods including cost of material fabrication charges and fixing, painting etc. complete (detailed design will be provided at the time of execution). Total area = 16.38 sq.mt.

Towards lime pointing on the flooring including scaping of old joints and filling with new joints using lime mortar (LSS) 1:1:1 including curing etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards cost, supply and fixing of wooden barricading using teak wood horizontal and vertical support including fixing at spiral steps both side of stepwell for safety etc. complete (detailed design will be provided at the time of execution) and as directed by site in-charge.

MW (Maint.) to Great Tank, Palace & Harem at Sarkhej, Ahmedabad

Towards dismantling of old damaged ruined brick wall to construct retaining brick wall to protect the inlet of the tank etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards resetting of brick masonry wall in 1:1:1 LSS mortar using lakhori type brick including pointing etc. complete as directed by site in charge.

Towards carefully removal of settle down stone flooring with hearting including stacking of serviceable stone and disposal of rubbish as directed by site in-charge.

Towards removal of deposited earth and debris from and front of inlet area of the rank and disposal of the same at outside etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards resetting of stone flooring using 40% new stone duly plain dressed at set in 1:1:1 LSS mortar complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards restoration of missing stone grill (12 mm thick) to the inlet using dhrangadhra stone duly molded and carved as per original and set in 1:1:1 LSS mortar including pointing, curing etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards PCC in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand (zone 3) derived from natural sources : 6 graded size aggregates 20mm) including curing etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards oil paint to the compound grill and gate of the monument in two coat including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards carefully removal of old decayed loose weathered masonry for resetting of the same including disposal of the same from the site etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards restoration of brick masonry wall using special size bricks available at site traditional lime sand surkhi moratar (1:1:1) in proportion in line and level adding adhesives including constructing necessary circular shapes where required as per original including all tools, scaffolding, curing etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards removal of damaged concrete flooring including cleaning the surface and throwing debris outside including cost of all labour, material etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards applying lime concrete in 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 sand: 1 surkhi) mixing of traditional adhesives including cost of materials and labour as per specification etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards desilting of the deposited earth on the dockyard to remove the salty deposited earth top layer including excavating, collecting and throwing manually outside etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards supply of sweet water tanker as and when required. As directed by site in-charge.

Towards removal of thick vegetation carefully manually including cutting stuff, wild babool plant, grass including collecting and disposing off etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

MW (Maint.) to Malav Talav at Dholka, Dist. Ahmedabad

Towards disposal of debris including collecting from bank of tank and disposing of the same outside the municipal limit etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.

Towards removal of vegetation from the steps and open ground all around the talav including cutting grass and throwing away from the site etc. complete and as directed by site in-charge.
